1. About Us
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at foufoufly.com and any services provided by FouFou Puppies Inc., trading as Foufoufly, registered and operating in Dubai, UAE. Our address is: Courtyard of Building 7, City Walk, Building 7, Happiness St, Al Wasl, Dubai, UAE.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Foufoufly provides pet relocation concierge services including but not limited to: documentation preparation, government permit management, veterinary coordination, airline cargo booking, crate supply, and airport handling. The specific scope of services is agreed between Foufoufly and the client prior to commencement and confirmed in writing.
Services are subject to availability and the regulatory requirements of the relevant origin and destination countries. Foufoufly reserves the right to decline any enquiry or service request at its sole discretion.
3. Enquiries and Quotes
All free assessments and quotes provided by Foufoufly are estimates only and are not binding until a formal service agreement has been signed by both parties. Quotes are subject to change based on changes in government fees, airline charges, or route requirements.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their pet, travel dates, and relocation route
- Ensure their pet is healthy and fit to travel as certified by a licensed veterinarian
- Meet all financial obligations as agreed in the service contract
- Respond promptly to communications and requests for documents from Foufoufly
- Ensure their pet's microchip, vaccinations, and existing documentation are as represented
Foufoufly accepts no liability for delays or failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed at the time of service engagement and specified in the service agreement. Foufoufly reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. All fees are non-refundable once the relevant service stage has been initiated, except where otherwise specified in the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Foufoufly acts as a coordination and management service. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure compliance and smooth transit, we cannot guarantee outcomes that are subject to the decisions of government authorities, airlines, or third-party veterinary bodies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foufoufly's total liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Foufoufly accepts no liability for delays, rejections, or additional costs caused by changes in government regulations, airline policies, or force majeure events.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on foufoufly.com — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of FouFou Puppies Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at foufoufly.com/terms-of-service/. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
