We assess your pet's route
You tell us your pet's breed, origin country, destination, and travel dates. We assess the full compliance picture — permits required, titre test windows, airline options — and give you a clear plan within 24 hours.

Documentation
We handle every permit
MOCCAE import permits, health certificates, rabies titre tests, microchip verification, CITES documentation — every document is prepared, endorsed, and submitted on your behalf. You receive copies of everything.

Travel Day
We manage the journey
Airline cargo booking, IATA-approved crate preparation, airport check-in coordination, and cargo handover. You receive WhatsApp photo updates at departure, in-transit, and on landing.

Bringing a pet to Dubai

Import to Dubai.

Importing a pet into the UAE is governed by MOCCAE and requires a precise sequence of steps — each with its own timing window. Miss one and the whole timeline shifts. We manage the sequence so you don't have to.

Microchip & vaccination check
ISO 11784/11785 microchip verified. Rabies vaccination confirmed current and within UAE accepted window.

Rabies titre test
Must be taken at least 30 days after vaccination. Results must be from an OIE-approved laboratory. We schedule and track this for you.

MOCCAE import permit
Applied for through the UAE Ministry of Climate Change. We handle the full application, follow-up, and collection.

Health certificate & travel
Official health certificate issued within 10 days of travel, endorsed by the origin country's authority. We coordinate with your vet and manage the endorsement chain.

UAE export permit
MOCCAE export permit applied for and collected. Required for all pets leaving the UAE, regardless of destination.

Destination country requirements
Every country has its own import rules. We assess and prepare all destination-specific documentation — UK, Australia, US, Korea, Canada, and more.

Health certificate endorsement
UAE-issued health certificate endorsed and authenticated by the relevant UAE authority within the required travel window.

Airline cargo & departure
We book approved cargo on your chosen airline, prepare the IATA crate, and handle Dubai airport check-in and handover on travel day.
